Nikko is currently expanding her portfolio and is seeking out opportunities to be a wedding emcee. People who have worked with Nikko describe her as an out-going, inquisitive, hardworking who is more than willing to learn and is not afraid of challenges. She has also been termed as a “livewire” and can be rather outspoken at times.

Nikko chose to return to the sunny island of Singapore after the completion of her Bachelor of Arts (Hons)in International Tourism and Events Management, Switzerland, Lucerne awarded by Manchester Metropolitan University and International of Hotel Management Institute as the valedictorian for the 2010A semester. She graduated as one of the four first-class honours students and was presented two certificates of merit: 'best overall degree student' and 'best dissertation by a degree student'.
